File Upload Policy
Accepted RFQ upload types, file-size limits, and safe handling rules for custom signage drawings.
Accepted file types
The RFQ form accepts PDF, DWG, AI, PNG, JPEG, JPG, and ZIP files. These formats support artwork review, CNC path planning, finish reference checking, and project context review.
Size limits
Each file must be 20MB or smaller. Total upload size per RFQ must stay under 24MB. Larger packages should be split or shared later through a verified business channel.
Do not upload sensitive unrelated data
Do not upload payment card details, passwords, government IDs, unrelated personal records, or files that are not needed for signage review.
Confidential project material
If drawings or brand artwork are confidential, mark that clearly in the RFQ description. AeroSignage will treat files as project review material and will not publish them on the public site.
Storage behavior
Uploaded files are stored in private Cloudflare storage for review. The public website does not expose direct file download links.
