How AeroSignage handles RFQ data, uploaded files, project details, and buyer contact information.

What we collect

AeroSignage collects RFQ form details including name, work email, company, website, product type, quantity, project description, source page, browser signal, country signal from Cloudflare, and uploaded files.

How we use it

We use RFQ data to review feasibility, clarify specifications, prepare a quote, coordinate manufacturing review, and maintain project communication records. We do not sell RFQ data.

File handling

Uploaded drawings, artwork, photos, ZIP files, and references are stored for quotation review and are not published on the website.

Retention

RFQ records may be kept for follow-up, quality control, sourcing history, and dispute prevention. Verified deletion requests can be handled through the active business channel.

RFQ source attribution

For the current browser session, we keep the first same-origin landing path and any UTM source, medium, or campaign labels so they can accompany an RFQ you choose to submit. The RFQ may also include the page and product that led to the form plus available Google Analytics client and session identifiers. Query strings and fragments are removed from stored page URLs. This source record supports inquiry follow-up and campaign measurement; it is not used to let a visitor set the inquiry sales stage.

Analytics and cookie choices

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to understand site visits, measure inquiry performance, and improve the website. Where consent is required, analytics and advertising storage remain disabled until you accept. Your choice is saved in local storage and can be changed at any time through Cookie preferences.
