How AeroSignage handles RFQ data, uploaded files, project details, and buyer contact information.
What we collect
AeroSignage collects the details you submit through the RFQ form, including name, work email, company name, company website, product type, quantity, project description, source page, browser user agent, country signal provided by Cloudflare, and uploaded files.
How we use it
We use RFQ data to review feasibility, clarify specifications, prepare a quote, coordinate manufacturing review, and maintain a record of project communication. We do not sell RFQ data.
File handling
Uploaded drawings, artwork, images, ZIP files, and project references are stored for RFQ review. Files are not published on the website and should not include payment card data, passwords, government IDs, or unrelated personal information.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Uploaded files are stored in private Cloudflare storage bindings. Access should be limited to authorized AeroSignage project and operations staff.
Retention
RFQ records may be retained for project follow-up, quality control, sourcing history, and dispute prevention. Deletion requests can be handled through the active business communication channel once verified.
