Commercial terms for using the AeroSignage website, buyer guides, product references, and RFQ workflow.
Website purpose
This website presents AeroSignage product directions, buyer guides, manufacturing capability, and an RFQ workflow for custom architectural signage projects. It is not an ecommerce checkout and does not create an automatic purchase contract.
Product references
Images, materials, dimensions, finishes, and process notes are references for quotation and engineering review. Final specifications must be confirmed in writing before production.
No unsupported compliance claims
Unless a certificate or compliance document is provided for a specific order, website content should not be treated as a claim of regulated certification, electrical listing, accessibility compliance, or code approval.
Buyer responsibility
Buyers are responsible for submitting accurate artwork, dimensions, installation context, quantity, finish targets, local code requirements, and approval authority for the project.
Intellectual property
Uploaded artwork should be owned by the buyer or submitted with permission. AeroSignage may use submitted files only for review, quoting, engineering, production coordination, and related project support.
